Kehinde Bashorun is a result-oriented professional. With years of experience, he has delivered projects with various businesses, organizations and individuals in Nigeria, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor’s Honours and a Masters degree in Business Systems Integration obtained from the School of Information Systems and Computing, Brunel University, London. He is a professional member of the British Computing Society.

Insurance Claim Process Improvement Project: The project involved looking into the present claim making process and creating a new business process that will improve the customer journey, reduce the claim making time and backlog of claims, thus making the entire claims process efficient.
Regulated Complaints Transformation Project: This project involved a business and technological change on the way responses on regulated complaints were investigated, load managed and transmitted to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) with emphasis on process improvement and quality assurance on the different work regulated complaint work stream.
Anti-Money Laundering Remediation Project: The project involved process/policy review and the design/implementation of a robust and consistent Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) framework for the client’s outsourced Financial Crime Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering activities in order to provide an attestation to the Financial Conduct Authority.
